Dave has worked closely with property managers, landlords, investors, homeowners, and real estate professionals to oversee repairs, renovations, tenant turns, preventative maintenance, and value-add improvements. His deep understanding of both construction execution and property operations allows him to approach every project with a practical, results-driven mindset focused on protecting assets, minimizing downtime, and maximizing long-term value.

He also spent 11 years as Chief Operating Officer of a respected property management company, where he helped scale operations, improve systems, and elevate client service. Combined with additional experience in contractor supply, Dave brings a rare blend of leadership, field knowledge, and operational expertise to every project.
